Andrew is a C Level corporate advisor in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, New York and London. Andrew was a founding member of the London International Financial Futures Exchange, and European Options Exchange. During the European Debt Crisis he was retained to consult for the ECB Systemic Risk Board. He has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade, the CBOE and the Pacific Stock Exchange. Andrew is currently managing director of Catalyst Investment Fund and Catalyst Opportunity Zone Impact Fund. Catalyst Financial invests and manages a core portfolio of companies in tax, finance, SAAS, renewable energy, telecom and media  He is an alumni of Boston University and Sloan School of Management.
